How we work.
AI built for your operation runs on a method, not on a model. Every engagement at OpenNube.ai follows the same structure. The shape adapts to the process; the structure does not.
01
Discovery
The first session identifies the right process. We work through five filters: where the operation hurts, what data is available, who decides, where the boundaries are, and what success would measure. By the end of the session, we know the process, the baseline, and the metric — or we know that the process is not a fit for what we do.
Discovery is not a sales call. It is the first work product.
02
Design
Design defines the shape of the solution. What data the agent needs, where it lives, and who can see it. What permissions exist, and where the human stays in the loop. What integrations are required, and what gets built versus what gets connected.
The output of Design is a specification we can both read.
03
Build
Build is implementation. We deploy on the infrastructure of your choice — your cloud, your tenant on ours, or a dedicated environment we operate for you. The architecture adapts; the operation continues.
Build is finite. It ends with the system in production, measured against the baseline.
04
Evolution
Evolution is the work after Build. The operation changes. The data changes. The process the agent supports changes. Capability that does not evolve becomes drag.
We measure, adjust, and keep the system aligned with the operation it serves.
05
Protected moments
Some moments in our engagements are protected. Discovery conclusions, proposal delivery, kickoff, monthly reviews, renewal conversations — these are conducted by people. Not because agents could not draft them, but because the relationship is what is being built. The agent prepares; the human leads and decides.
This is what AI built for your operation means in practice.
